The integration layer behind SmartSign+ — adopted by a dozen-plus partner and customer platforms, including large multi-business-unit financial partners. Lets banks and brokerage systems embed signing directly into their core flows. The accompanying partner integration playbook is now the reference doc used by Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
What it did.
Built and scaled the SmartSign+ API & webhook integration layer, enabling a dozen-plus partner and customer platforms — including large multi-business-unit financial partners — to embed signing directly into core banking and brokerage systems.
What I owned.
Serve as internal SME for APIs, webhooks, and embedded integration patterns — wrote the partner integration playbook now used by Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
Why it mattered.
Embedded signing inside the workflows where it actually has to live — core banking systems, brokerage platforms, and lender consoles — instead of asking users to bounce out to a standalone signing app. The integration playbook turned an ad-hoc onboarding process into a repeatable motion that Sales Engineering and Customer Success can run on their own.
